The Crew Controller (CCO) is part of the Ground Operations Department and reports to the Nominated Person Ground Operations.
The Crew Controller is reponsible for:
• Reacting on short/long term sick calls and finding an appropriate crew substitute in a timely manner
• Process individual crew duty change requests
• Analysis of duty distribution and optimization of crew flow/utilization on mid-term basis
• Ensure compliance of crew duties with EASA flight and duty time limitations
• Booking of hotels, flight tickets, car rentals for crew members
• Supporting Operations Control Center (OCC) with any crew-related issues in case of daily operational irregularities or additional production organization
