The Client Digital Experience team (within the Strategic Growth department) drives the digital initiatives of the Wealth Management division through the evolution and transformation of Lombard Odier’s operating model (across process, people and technology) in accordance to business needs and the overall bank strategy.
The successful candidate will work under the leadership of the CRM product owner to deliver key milestones, covering the end-to-end phases of project management from business analysis to implementation along with the change management.
The Business Analyst will collaborate on major strategic Business and Compliance initiatives related to key front-to-back processes of the bank, including among others client onboarding, change of circumstances and AML/KYC review.
YOUR MISSION:
  • You will be part of the CRM team as a Business Analyst (B.A.) with the responsibility of delivering CRM related milestones assigned by the CRM product owner. Depending on the assigned milestones and scope, he/she could act as a B.A. or a Project Manager on either a dedicated project or a stream of a strategic programme, but always in relation to the CRM deliverables.
  • Participate in designing target operating models and related CRM milestones
  • Liaise with Compliance, Legal and Risk functions to gather and understand regulatory requirements and strategy and integrate input in solution design
  • Develop detailed workplans and deliver key project artefacts as required to drive projects from discovery and mobilization to implementation in a fast-paced environment
  • Define the business requirements / specifications and validate with the project stakeholders across the organisation
  • Collaborate hand-in-hand with the IT development team to design and develop the CRM milestones
  • Drive the testing of the new CRM milestones (SIT and UAT)
  • Conduct regular workshops with project stakeholders and champions within the organisation to gather requirements, define the model and solutions, test the CRM features and get the relevant feedback
  • Participate actively to the change management in terms of training and communication
  • Run proof-of-concepts and/or pilot programs during initial phase to qualify/validate the new product features with the end-users. In Agile environments, regularly review completed work (feedback loop) and ensures that it meets the end-users’ expectations
  • Identify issues and risks and recommend mitigating action, as well as provide regular reporting covering project status including major deliverables, risk factors, KPIs and financials to the CRM product owner and project/programme leads
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple departments to drive the execution of complex projects
DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Master degree or above in Business Administration from a top-tier university
  • 5-7 relevant years’ work experience in management / digital consulting or in business analysis within the wealth management industry
  • Prior experience in sizeable digital transformation projects with strong exposure to CRM
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM, e-banking and digital application workflows
  • Good understanding of (digital) client onboarding in wealth management, as well as change of circumstances and Compliance topics (e.g. AML/KYC review).
  • A proven self-starter; ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, and work well in both a team and individually
  • Established background in launching digital services in partnership with IT teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a client-first mindset
  • Can achieve results by building consensus across organisational and functional lines and in managing cross borders stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English and French; excellent communication (written and verbal), networking, influencing and presentation skills
  • Advanced or proficient level of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint + Excel), Atlassian softwares (JIRA + Confluence) and Workplans’ toolset
  • Detail oriented; demonstrates initiative, thoroughness and strong ownership of work
  • Has demonstrated a structured approach to delivery: proven ability to chair meetings with clear agenda, inputs and documented outputs
  • Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment – strong sense of urgency
  • Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
  • Appropriately orchestrate the necessary involvement of various project methodology disciplines (industry best-practice and alignment to internal framework) to contribute to project success
