As part of the Marketing and Digital team, the CRM coordinator will report to the CRM & E-Commerce project manager and will have the following missions:

Manage and support the clientelling application in boutique by working closely with partners, sales persons and agencies in order to promote it, optimize usage, set-up KPI and follow reporting.

Develop a CRM culture at HQ and store level, set-up KPIs in collaboration with the Retail team, lead the communication flow, give activation guidelines, report on the KPIs and follow the performance of the campaigns.

Identify new data collection channels and business opportunities through developing innovative ideas and actions.

Manage the database: enrich the quality and quantity of the data collected.

Define, develop and improve the loyalty program: VIC treatment and experiences to propose, measure the ROI, improve the customer knowledge, adapt and adjust the segmentation and targets.

Maintain SalesForce B2C platform.

Report and analyse client data collection, loyalty KPIs, customer LifeTime Value and other performance indicators.

Profile:

2-3 years experiences in CRM or retail operation

Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written & spoken)

Proactive and with a strong affinity for the customer centric approach.
