Description

In this role, you will be part of the Global CRM Team and drive the mastery on:
  • POS tool
  • CRM Programs and Campaigns
  • Data management (client profile creation and enrichment)
  • KPIs management
  • CRM induction
The CRM field Manager will work under the supervision of the Global CRM Director.

Your Responsibilities
  • Training material
  • Training plan
  • Training organization and supervision
  • Train the CRM community (Region and Local)
  • Train the trainer (Local and selected BAs)
  • Feedback collection and consequent tasks assignment
  • Community building via best practice sharing
  • KPIs monitoring Data quality and enrichment POS Dashboard
Frequent and recurring in store visits are required.

He/She Will Liaise With
  • Education team, to make sure that CRM training is consistent with and complementary to Education training
  • Global Data Manager and team, to get the content and make sure that data management strategy is properly conveyed data knowledge insights are driving the expected actions
  • Senior Client Experience Manager and team, to get the content and make sure that Client Programs/Campaign’s key features are well explained
He/She Will Manage
  • Clientelling System Manager, to get the content and revert the feedback to work on
Your Profile
  • 10 years of experience in CRM and training
  • Strong client mindset and field experience
  • Training skills
  • High luxury affinity and obsession for details
  • Project management skills
  • Empathy and people driven person
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Team work skills
  • Fluent in English
