CRM Marketing Coordinator

(Fixed-term contract 7 Months)


Main Job Objective

Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will integrate a dynamical team and support the implementation of a unique and inspiring Client experience. Activities will include customer relationship management, customer experiences & events and digital marketing.

Accountabilities

In this role, you develop and implement marketing plans to generate sales and improve brand engagement by increasing brand desirability, loyalty and lifetime value of our clients. To increase customer value (growth of acquisition and conversion rate, increase of retention and loyalty), you establish and follow key processes and metrics such as customer segmentation and portfolio priorities building, one-to-one and one-to-many action plans and KPI monitoring, being the key contact for Store managers and front line sales staff.

You are the local CRM Ambassador, sharing best practice with HQ & peers, ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption of new tools & features, working hand in hand with in-store CRM Key users. You also monitor CRM results to set corrective actions & identify upcoming challenges.

You participate also actively in developing the customer engagement by tracking the sales returns and identify most responsive client groups and type of activities.

You identify and implement promotional activities and events to amplify brand desirability by guaranteeing exclusive and/or tailor-made client experiences. You ensure Clients presence to Corporate and local Events and manage the amplification of promotional activities by monitoring customer behavior trends.



Profile

Graduated with a Master degree in Marketing, you have a first experience in Luxury. You have strong computer skills and excellent command of Microsoft office, especially in excel and power point. Digital tools and knowledge of CRM are an asset. Finally, you are fluent in French and in English. You are available to start as of 1 November 2021.

You have the capacity to manage projects in an autonomous way respecting deadlines. Results oriented and organized, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit.
