CRM Marketing Specialist
- Act as subject lead for Marketing related aspects within CRM and own the Salesforce elements that improves marketing use efficiency
- Leverage CRM with special focus on Marketing Processes in close collaboration with key business stakeholders from Marketing; act as sparring partner to define CRM requirements for Marketing processes
- Define integrations from marketing tools to CRM to drive end-to-end campaigns (such as integration of apps or landing pages into CRM, including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud <-> Marketing Cloud interfaces & data flows)
- Build the bridge in CRM from Marketing to Sales & Service, ensuring integrated processes that are aligned with Sales & Service elements, data, processes
- Lead / drive / support key strategic initiatives & projects
- Provide CRM Business Support to Wholesale Group Companies and stakeholders including trainings
- Run Release Cycles as change catalyst for CRM, in close collaboration with business stakeholders (e.g. CRM key users in Sonova Group Companies) and CRM IT
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, General Management or similar
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and track record on the Salesforce CRM platform; expertise in Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Previous hands-on experience in Marketing, esp. in (digital) marketing processes spanning over multiple tools and touchpoints (e.g. campaign design and roll-out)
- Project Management experience, preferably in a digital / IT-related environment and at a global level
- Relevant IT skill (Salesforce Certifications, proven track record in Salesforce Core Cloud projects, Marketing Cloud and advanced MS Office tools, esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on data privacy regulations is a plus
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in an international environment
- Excellent English language skills (communicating and negotiating orally and in writing) – any other language skill is a plus
- Willingness to travel 10-20% (intercontinental travels)
