ITP (Information Technology & Processes) supports the business in its continuous strive for increased efficiency and innovative solutions across all areas and regions. Tasks

  • Responsibility for SAP CRM 7.0 application including interface to all surrounding systems
  • Driver for Business-ITP Alignment
  • Business Process Engineering for Sales Processes across all Business Units & Business Types
  • Requirements Engineering and concept work
  • Technical implementation and/or coordination
  • Leading of Change & Project Management
  • Organize/provide Support and handling of Partner Management
  • Lead Core Team and Super User Meetings
  • Create process and training documentation and conduct professional trainings

    • Required Qualifications

  • Work experience in the field of Digitalization or Sales and Marketing processes or Software development or Project Management
  • Degree in the field of Computer Sience, Software development, Business informatics, Marketing, Industrial engineering, Economics or similar (University, University of applied sciences, Higher technical school)
  • Communication in German and English

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP CRM 7.0
  • ABAP Programming / SAP Customizing / HTML5
  • Scrum Product Owner / Master
  • Project Management certification
