Your field of responsibility


You will take part of a dynamic Cross Asset e-Services Team within Global Trading Solutions (GTS) in the Investment Banking Division, and becoming a member of a team which plays a crucial role in the technical onboarding and support of internal and external clients for our my Solutions Cross Asset Online Trading application. This is an exciting position in which you can interact with our my Solutions users on a daily basis and cover a broad range of products (Listed Products, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange and Money Market). You will have a key role in which you ensure the efficient and inclusive service for all our internal as well as external clients and the chance to maintain and improve existing relationships with various partners through effective communication. You will join our visionary and small team of highly motivated specialists within a dynamic and diverse environment close to the pulse of the markets, and by partnering and interacting with diverse teams internally, you have the chance to build your network and create development opportunities

You are being part of our e-Services team within Investment Banking, having responsibilities on our growing my Solutions platform within Global Trading Solutions. Our team is dedicated, results oriented, proactive, collaborative, and hardworking. The team provides customer support and services to internal and external my Solutions users. It is also part of the new client onboarding process into production. Your skills and experience


What you can offer:

  • Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and describe yourself as a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality? Are you passionate about teamwork and have a strong interest in technical innovations? Then we are sure that you would be an excellent fit for our team
  • Swiss Banking apprenticeship, University degree or equivalent education
  • You combine at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a good knowledge of business processes as well as MS Office products
  • You possess very solid product knowledge of Listed Products (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Traded Options and Financial Futures), knowledge of Structured Products, Foreign Exchange and Money Market would be a plus
  • Readiness to work in shifts (Zurich and New York business hours)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, Italian would be a plus
  • You are a highly focused and committed person who has excellent analytical skills and loves working in an energetic environment.
  • Based on your service-oriented personality, you can easily engage and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Being a person with strong interpersonal skills, a positive work ethic and a drive to learn new things enables you to deliver high quality results on time while contributing to our team’s success
