This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex products within the Dassault/Pilatus CBT. You will use program management skills to oversee and manage customer relations This role will lead a cross-functional team of Integrated Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales, Finance and Customer Support Managers to create and achieve the Annual Operating Plan and 3-year Strategic Action Plan for the Dassault Aviation Account

You will be accountable for long-term objectives such as year-over-year growth, profitability, and win rate, as well as near-term forecast accuracy for SRO and demand planning. You will develop strong relationships with customer and thoroughly understands the customers’ business. You will have extensive interface with and overall leadership cross-functionally - Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional counterparts.
Additional responsibilities may include aspects of the business/operational excellence leader for the Dassault/Pilatus CBT. You will be responsible for ensuring our CBT exceeds our working capital and general business process objectives. These include, improving stationary orders, accounts receivables, Finish goods inventory and OE platform/engine demand management

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree. In Lieu of Bachelors’ Degree, 8 years of related Aerospace experience will be considered.
  • Significant business management experience with a track record of delivering successful results.

WE VALUE:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Project management / leadership experience in Aftermarket, OEM or International customer service/support or logistics related requirement
  • Leadership: Experience to overcome obstacles, succeed in the face of adversity, and deal with
ambiguity. Must know how to effectively influence and lead others across functions to get things done.
  • Business Acumen: Mature business and financial acumen to discern risks/opportunities of key strategic programs at customers and Honeywell.
  • Customer Knowledge: Knowledge of the customers, key players in the organization, strategic
priorities.
  • Product Knowledge: Breadth and depth of product knowledge, for both Avionics and Mechanical Commercial Transport products
