About The Job

Our Team:

You will be part of the Customer Care Team and report to the Head of Customer Care, Head of Supply Chain and Vaccines Sales Manager.

Mission

  • Ensure Customer Care daily business (order management and processing), with a focus on Vaccines environment and Flu Campaign management.
  • Manage tools for orders taking (EDI, OCR and WEB PORTAL).
  • Respect full compliance with the terms and conditions of sales, both in terms of quality and quantity, as well as any potential questions/complaints arising from them.
  • Ensure good transversal coordination between the Support Functions and Business Units
  • Maintain harmonious and efficient relations with our external and internal customers.
  • Inform his/her hierarchy immediately in the event of delays or anomalies.
  • Work in close interaction with the vaccines key account managers to ensure best possible vaccines customer experience

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure Swiss Customer service orders related transactions are processed in a timely and error-free manner.
  • Manage and control customer master in line with global and local procedures.
  • Implement an efficient filing system for all documents related to transactions to ensure their traceability.
  • Ensure the regular administrative management of customer returns and product replacement requests in accordance with the procedures governing these operations.
  • Check, create, analyse Flu orders and returns according to the procedures
  • Define appropriate time slots according to customers’ needs while ensuring efficient response times.
  • Analyse customer complaints and propose corrective measures to his/her management.
  • Ensure that IT tools for order management are regularly updated and evolve according to internal and external needs.
  • Maintain quick and simple processes for managing relations and communication with our customers regarding launches, ruptures (OOS) and any product changes in the catalogue (withdrawals/changes in listing, indications, compositions etc.).
  • Ensure a proactive, qualitative and always service-oriented communication with direct customers and with the Business Units

About You

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / CFC Commerce

Experience:

  • Good knowledge of customer service management, ideally in the pharmaceutical area

Technical skills:

  • Very good knowledge of SAP SD module
  • Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of electronic order management (EDI)

Languages:

  • Bilingual German and French
