Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.For this reason, we are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, Customer Care Intern, to be based at our office in Lausanne, Switzerland, supporting our Customer Experience department in all the operational tasks.Your Mission
  • Manage customer and agent communication via telephone, email and web platform
  • Assist and support the team across segments, increasing the overall success rate with the existing clients and the new clients
  • Support the team in the management of our client accounts
  • Operational support of the department
  • Guarantee of quality standards
  • Support and resolve customer issues and propose process improvements
  • Actively participate and support internal projects
RequirementsYour weapons:
  • Native French and fluent English is a must, Italian would be a strong asset
  • Proactive, creative and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fast learner and focused on self-improvement
  • Social, friendly and motivated attitude
  • Client focused
