Job Description

Integrated into the Product Management department and supervised by the Customer Insights manager, you will be a crucial element of the team and will be responsible for supporting all our (Product, Sales & Marketing) insights initiatives through your analytical expertise.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare and improve regular reports on the main KPIs for different teams (Brand management, Sales management, Executive Management)
  • Perform estimations and analysis for the Executive leadership; effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Perform annual market research to measure position of Swissquote brand in several markets
  • Drive various qualitative and quantitative research activities to support the product roadmap and main initiatives (clients’ surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
  • Efficiently work and coordinate with different Swissquote teams, and external research agencies/research partners.
Qualifications
  • Master degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business, and Research-related areas
  • Experience in customer analytics or customer research during 2-3 years
  • Business mindset: advanced analytical and numerical skills (Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience of working with a survey software
  • Data visualization skills (building reports and dashboards in Tableau) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentations skills (PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, attention to detail
  • Hands-on mentality and proactivity
  • Positive team attitude with customer-focused service delivery skills
  • Fluent in French and English
