For our client, an international company in the manufacturing industry with modern offices in the Zurich area, we are looking for a motivated and communicative Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to start immediately.

The assignment is limited for the next 9 months. Depending on the performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or permanent takeover is given.

Description du poste

As a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle by carrying out the following task area:

Ensuring an excellence customer experience by taking care of their needs independently
Answering questions on the products and services on the phone as well as in written correspondence
Processing the order management from A-Z
Monitoring the shipments
Handling of customer claims and returns
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication between all the parties
Responsible for an accurate data maintenance
Description du profil

To be considered for this position, you must have:
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills in German, fluent English and French skills are required
Good user knowledge with MS-Office, especially in Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Communicative and emphatic personality
Reliable and independent way of working
