We are looking for a new team member with good negotiation skills. You will take care of customer logistic needs such as initiation or adjustment of allotments, bookings, complaints handling and provide transportation solutions and offers in order to maintain and develop current and potential business.

Tasks
First point of contact for internal & external interfaces on the subject of allotments
Perform bookings and re-bookings
Initiate & secure time table preparation activities and meet allotment deadlines
Develop and secure current and potential business
Excecute and follow up short term sales activities such as offer special rates upon spot requests
Conduct post shipment activities; e.g. written statements
Inform/advise customers about general rules and regulations in the air cargo business
Generating revenue by promoting Swiss WorldCargo worldwide network and service solutions (products)
Conduct operational supervision of special shipments
Find short term transportation solutions with providers such as ground handling agents, unit load device suppliers, local trucking companies

Requirements
Occupational apprenticeship (KV / Luftverkehrslehre) or adequate education in Air cargo / Forwarding Industry
Proven, successful experience in sales activity
Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French is an advantage
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Work effectively with others and be a team-oriented person
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Solution oriented thinker and ability to master difficult and challenging situations
