To further strengthen our Natural Foods HQ in Baar, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer.

In this role you will be responsible for the whole process from order to cash flow, taking into consideration pricing and commercial conditions for international distributors. You will supervise the logistic flow towards the international distributors: you will manage physical and system flows of Finished Goods from the producing plants to the customers.

You will be part our International Natural Foods team, which is located in Baar.

About the job

You will be responsible to manage demand planning, including communications with producing plants, account managers and the global marketing department

You are responsible to oversee the Natural Foods product flows: manage the orders from HQ Switzerland to the plants and supervise flows from plants to international distributors

You will supervise all customs topics together with internal and external parties

You will manage outbound transport: ensure outbound transport is done on time and in compliance with the group policy and food safety

You will be in charge of correct invoicing from the transport provider

You will manage all tasks related to customer service, from order entry and to client invoicing in collaboration with finance

You are in direct contact with supply chain to ensure complete and on time delivery

You manage and solve logistics complaints/disputes

About you

We are looking for an enthousiastic new colleague who has the following assets:

A Higher vocational education degree

A previous experience in a customer service department (1-3 years), preferably FMCG sector

Knowledge of logistic / transport business and knowledge/experience of Demand Planning

Understanding of SAP and MS tools is a plus

Good written and verbal skills in English
