What you do

Act as a liaison between customers and Pilatus for all aircraft maintenance inquiries while monitoring open orders
Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers
Build long term and trustworthy customer relationships
Develop and establish efficient business processes for the entire order process
Supervision of internal and external KPIs
Deputy of the team leader customer support & projects

What you bring

Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aircraft engineering / maintenance
Previous aviation experience in a customer-facing role
Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance in accordance with EASA Part-145
Fluent in English as well as good German and French skills
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
An organized and motivated personality with a co-operative and open attitude who is able to work with minimal supervision
