What You’ll Do
  • Handling all customers’ calls by taking ownership and responsibility
  • Processing orders and dealing with credits and returns, raising relevant claims
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Leading customer inquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status and product information
  • Following up the order status (on hold, low supply, stock-out, etc.) the next day for appropriate action in the event of any specific statuses
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
  • Building balanced relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and/or tools
  • Meeting personal and/or customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Who You Are

Experienced:Preferably with experience of 1-3 years in a similar position in customer services

You have business fluency in German (native level)and very good English.Other European language skills would be an asset.

You are experienced with MS Office and Excel.

You have an urgency focus,display a willingness to do whatever it takes to “get it done” and holds self-accountable for assigned work. Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.

You are a team worker; you support team goals and objective, build proven working relationship that enhance collaboration and cooperation within the Customer Service department and interdepartmental organization, you adapt and contribute to business needs showing flexibility and business acumen.

You have a Customer Focus:you are able to understand the customer needs to identify and suggest ideas or improvements, you seek ways to increase customer satisfaction and regularly solicit feedback from them to ensure current and future needs are met.

You have empathy as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic, flexible and uncomplicated personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and loves to work in a team.

Location: the role will combine home-office and work in the office based in Nyon 2-3 days per week.
