The job in brief

You will be the point of contact for our inflight VIP and Commercial customers, providing information about products and services, and responding to any services customers may require. The customer service representative provides excellent written and oral skills.

Furthermore, you will be in charge of:

- Providing excellent customer service following in-flight catering procedures and protocols;

- Following flight schedules and forecasts;

- Monitoring and communicating with the Executive Chef and ensuring that specifications are correctly executed according to customer’s requirements.

- Following-up communication with the Customer and inform the different departments of the catering unit of any changes or updates.

- Monitoring customer complaints: investigating issues with operational staff, implementing corrective actions procedures, and reporting to Customers.

- Updating and monitoring the account financial data in cooperation with the Key Account Manager to track all financial data to be reported to Finance Department.

- Preparing and creating marketing materials for customer’s visit: welcome board, Bijoux activity report booklet, the flag of the Airline, goodies, etc…

- Scheduling and following up food tasting with the Key Account Manager and Executive Chef once per month.

- Ensuring that invoicing process is accurate and that all relevant information regarding price changes, and invoicing details are up to date and communicated in a timely manner.

What you bring with you:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, airline industry, or any related field.
  • Additional experience in inflight catering is highly appreciated
  • Business background or similar, a degree in Hospitality or related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills over the phone and email.
  • Flexible and independent individual with the ability and flexibility to adapt to a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service excellence oriented
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is an asset
  • Can-do attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Valid driving license
