To strengthen our team in Bern-Bümpliz, we are looking for:
Customer Service Representative (m/f) 80%-100%
YOUR TASKS
- Ensure a quality customer service by telephone as well as the processing of requests through modern contact channels
- To provide information to policyholders on questions related to contracts and invoicing.
- Ensure daily cooperation with our partners
- Respond to customer requests and provide solutions wherever possible
- Various administrative tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
Federal certificate of proficiency EFZ/CFC office, customer relations or any other equivalent education in the domaine of customer service.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of English required (C2)
- Fluent in German
- Well versed with office and administration related software
- Great communication skills
- Team spirit and service oriented
- Flexibly, dynamique and happy to learn
Experience
- Ideally in the fields of health insurance, travel insurance, or customer management
