On behalf of an international and successful industrial group, we are looking for a team-oriented specialist (m/f) for the "Customer Service Team Europe".

A broad area of responsibility, a motivated team and attractive employment conditions are waiting for you.

Tasks
  • Independent processing of complete customer orders (from quote to cash)
  • Responsibility for delivery schedules and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Ensuring proper Dataentering in the ERP system
  • Requirements planning with Sales Management
  • Participation in projects in the department and supply chain
  • Contacts to internal and external partners throughout Europe
Requirements
  • Commercial training or technical apprenticeship
  • Possibly continuing education in logistics or export
  • Min. 3 years of experience in B2B order processing of a trading/production firm
  • Good MS Office and ERP user skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English knowledge, preferably some German
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
