On behalf of an international and successful industrial group, we are looking for a team-oriented specialist (m/f) for the "Customer Service Team Europe".

A broad area of responsibility, a motivated team and attractive employment conditions are waiting for you.

Tasks
  • Independent processing of complete customer orders (from quote to cash)
  • Cooperating with Sales & Key Account Management
  • Ensuring proper data entry in the ERP system
  • Responsibility for delivery schedules and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Controlling cost allocations
  • Participation in projects in the department of Supply Chain and Order Processing
  • Contacts to internal and external partners in Europe

Requirements
  • Swiss Work Permit
  • Commercial training or technical apprenticeship
  • Possibly continuing education in logistics or export
  • Min. 3 years of experience in B2B order processing, export or logistic
  • Good MS Office and ERP user skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English knowledge, preferably some German
  • Service-oriented personality
