Role + Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Strategic Account Manager to ensure alignment with the efforts to maximize retention, adoption and customer satisfaction; periodically engage directly in the sales process, specifically within complex global opportunities
  • Become an expert consultant, advising the customers on how to best leverage Endress+Hauser complete portfolio, tools and technologies; primary target group being the corporate stakeholders
  • Develop and carry out initiatives/activities to guide customers to unlock and realize untapped values for their technical and business processes (Account-Based Marketing initiatives)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Products, Solutions, Service, Marketing, Account Management, etc. bringing them into the customer conversations as needed

Qualification + Profile

  • Consulting mindset and competences paired with good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capable of understanding both customer’s technical and business processes within Food&Beverage, Marine, Water&Wastewater, Power&Energy
  • Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
  • Based in Europe; open to international travels
