Taskbase is a data science-based, fast-growing ETH spinoff based in Zurich and is looking for a passionate Customer Success & Project Manager to join our internationally growing team.

As a CSM, you will work with our customers to find and develop the best solutions from our portfolio. You can use your service skills with full power and make our customer happy every single day.

Tasks
  • Plan and manage client portfolios and build close relationships
  • Execute and improve onboarding processes (standardized)
  • Create solutions with our customers to meet their needs (customized)
  • Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and issue reports
  • Train and coach customers in tool usage
  • Advise our customers in didactical, technical, and coordinational matters

Requirements
  • Experience in project management and customer service
  • Strong communication skills with customers
  • Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
  • Know-how & experience in pedagogic / didactics required
  • technical understanding or interest in the handshake of education and technology
  • You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
  • You are reflective & open to feedback
  • Hands-on mentality, open-minded and willing to learn every day new things
