To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Nyon, we are looking for aCustomer Support Contract Administration (f/m/d) in Nyon, Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creation, maintenance, termination and renewal of Sales Contracts and proposals (customers & tenders)
  • Create automatic planning proposals or pricing agreement
  • Renewal of contracts and pricing increase implementation
  • Contribution to Daily Management ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives
  • Investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility
  • Interface with Sales Administration / Logistics / Purchasing to confirm delivery, installation or warranty terms
  • When needed,booking, shipping and follow-up of all types of instrument orders with daily follow-up of backlog, taking ownership for required actions
Requirements
  • Business fluency in European Portuguese, Spanish and English; French is a plus
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in customer services
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; the experience with an ERP system, as SAP or Oracle, is a nice to have
  • Proactive, flexible and results oriented
  • Strong ability to prioritize and assign a sense of urgency
  • Team player, able to build business relationships within the organization
  • Service centric, empathic, highly communicative
  • Location: in driving distance to Nyon
