What you do

Resolution of customer driven engineering issues in the electrical & avionic engineering domain, including: organise and lead technical investigations, processing of customer queries, technical liaison with external suppliers of systems and equipment as well as technical liaison with Pilatus internal engineering departments
Management of engineering projects, including changes to type design
In-flight data processing
Publications maintenance

What you bring

At least 10 years’ experience in on-aircraft electrical/avionics systems repairs and troubleshooting, or University Degree or equivalent in aerospace or electrical engineering, with 5 years’ aerospace experience, preferably in a customer support environment
Customer liaison experience and experience in dealing with military customers is advantageous
Engineering project management experience is an advantage
Flexibility to travel internationally
Fluent in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1) is important, a working knowledge of German language is an advantage
