What you do
  • Act as primary technical point of contact for government customers
  • Provide solutions to technical and operational queries raised by operators
  • Interface with other Pilatus departments and suppliers
  • Identify product improvements based on in-service feedback
  • Represent Pilatus at customer meetings and support the liaison office
What you bring
  • Engineering degree or aircraft technician qualification with a strong background across aircraft systems
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with military customers
  • Customer support focused with a pro-active attitude
  • Fluency in English, German will be an advantage
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
