We are looking for someone with experience, passion and initiative to join a project management team in Baden, Switzerland. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a dynamic team and being a part of a developing and multicultural business. You will be part of a team, which approaches work constructively in a manner that combines happy moments and professionalism.
  • Qualified client support in a globalized context and transaction filters.
  • Gathering, handling, and resolving inquiries from first-level customers
  • Sort, modify, and document tickets before sending them to second- or third-level assistance.
  • Issue reporting and assistance with product development during problem analysis and solution
  • Ongoing maintenance of the ticketing system
  • Engagement in regular shift employment (morning and afternoon) and on-call service (picket)
  • Knowledge of banking and payments
  • First-hand knowledge of the back office or customer service
  • A plus is having knowledge of payment systems
  • Customer-oriented with effective communication and problem solving abilities
  • A desire to create high-quality software and to see new ideas quickly commercialized
  • Knowledge of the Fin Tech world and related software tool
  • The capacity for rapid comprehension, critical skills, and the recognition of complicated situations
  • Swiss German fluency and strong English skills (French an advantage)
  • Flexibility working with shifts
  • Independent working ability
  • Good interpersonal skills and an open-minded attitude
