Customer Support Specialist (20%)

The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for our global service network as well as for direct customers and business partners of the turbocharger division in Switzerland. Reporting to the head of order fulfillment and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the order fulfillment team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring the status of orders
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas

Your background

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in back office, working as an order handler with good knowledge about SAP and deep experience in export
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Teams and Share Point
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
