Process Analytics MTPRO, as a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group, is a leading supplier of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. In our main location in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for the control of production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organizations. Customer Support Specialist
80 - 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • You will receive, process and coordinate customer queries and take over responsibility for the solution-finding process of complex and challenging issues
  • You will demand regular updates by the respective internal departments, coordinate the communication and ensure a regular and professional update of the customers
  • Furthermore, you will act as an internal consultant for our worldwide METTLER TOLEDO market organizations
  • You will be part of the PO internal 8D review board, representing our customers and their requirements

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You have a Bachelor or an equivalent degree within an engineering discipline combined with a couple of years of practical work experience gained in an international manufacturing environment
  • You are solution oriented and persistent with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and keen to take over responsibility
  • You are experienced in working with problem resolution methods such as 8D and familiar with back-office process automation and its implementation
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with different internal departments, management levels and customers all over the world in English and German
  • You have an analytical and reliable mindset with the ability to motivate people in a matrix organization and make sure that things get done
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally visit end customers in relation to reported issues and hands-on training
