Description du poste

Are you skilled at understanding Products and are an expert in IT risk and security related topics? Do you have a knack for technology and a fundamental business understanding of Client Data Confidentiality and Data Protection? Are you passionate about working close to the Business and at the same time with IT? Are you keen on managing the data remediation tool, their data remediation service and requirements and simplifying them with tool automation?

We are looking for a Data Remediation Product Manager, plus remediations services to:

  • assuming the Data Remediation Product Manager & SME for the data remediation tool and related remediation services
  • drive process simplification for data remediation requirements in respect to detected Client Identifying Data (CID) and Credentials
  • work on budgeting and forecasting ahead of time for adequate change & resource planning for the product
  • work with IT Teams to manage expectation & deliverables and drive realization of operational and business requirements of the tool
  • work with the stakeholders to manage expectation of Business requirements based on IT planning and capacity
  • improve the effectiveness and quality of the current remediation process, and reduce numbers of false positive
Description du profil

  • proven experience in IT product and service management for +4 years
  • first-hand experience in creating functional / business requirements specifications
  • the capability to analyse performance and progress, analyse data and create management reports
  • very good at stakeholder & Product management; strategic thinking ahead and excellent communicator, able to lead and convince for solutions
  • experience in Client Data Confidentiality, EU General Data Protection, Compliance, Risk Management and Risk Control is a plus
  • analytical experience on problem issues analysis and solution provisioning; strong passion for addressing and driving open issues to closure
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global environment
  • well structured, very reliable and dedicated; drive and commitment; high attention to detail, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues ensuring nothing is missed out
