What’s the role?

The Cybersecurity Program Manager is a key role to improve our cybersecurity capabilities and protect our business against current and future threats in IT, OT or IoT environments. As Cybersecurity Program Manager you drive the implementation of the group-wide, enterprise-level cybersecurity project roadmap according to the strategy and its objectives in close collaboration with the Chief Cyber Security Officer.

What does the role involve?
  • You report to the Chief Cyber Security Officer (CCSO) and are part of the CCSO leadership team.
  • You are responsible for the planning and the delivery of the projects under the umbrella of the Cybersecurity Program.
  • You orchestrate and coordinate all aspects of the Cyber Security Program, from financial management to risk mitigation, from reporting to stakeholder management, from communication to vendor management.
  • You coach and support the project managers in delivering their projects according to budget, timeline, scope, and quality expectations. You remove roadblocks encountered by projects and contribute to their success.
  • You engage proactively with IT management, team heads, system owners, project managers, product owner, controlling, risk management, human resources, compliance etc. and establish trustful relationships.
  • You lead by example and deliver - on top - key initiatives personally, thus acting as the first ambassador of the Cybersecurity Strategy and a true campaigner with a lot of drive and passion for getting things done.

What you need is:
  • Master’s degree in computer science, business management, natural sciences, engineering, or a related technical discipline related to information security and ideally with one or more of the following certificates: PMI, PMP, Prince 2, Agile, SAFe
  • 5 + years’ of increasing experience working as a IT project manager or IT program manager in an international environment with a focus on IT security or cybersecurity transformation
  • High energy level, “can-do” attitude, strong business acumen, passion for agile delivery.
  • Excellent planning, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Convincing interpersonal skills and well balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
