ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are seeking for marketing coordinator to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Offline team. The D2C offline is part of the D2C Activation department, along with the Retail team and the Digital team. In order to assist BAT’s D2C offline (promotional activities) Team on critical day-to-day business topics, we are looking for a highly motivated, strong team player who is willing to lead and implement marketing projects.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Manage hosts and hostesses’ agencies as well as creative agencies
  • Elaborate of incentive schemes
  • Contribute to the elaboration of trainings for hosts and hostesses
  • Drive the development, implementation and follow-up of D2C activities
  • Assist with report creation,
  • Performance data analysis for business decision
  • Prepare presentations for internal and partners meetings
  • Drive various strategic projects to bring “business opportunities to life” in order to positively influence BAT’s impact and visibility on the market
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably marketing, economics or natural sciences
  • Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
  • Drives and owns results, seeking challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details and great team player
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Can do attitude, open-minded, bold, resilient and very well organized
  • Creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • 2+ years of working experience
