Position Summary

As Data & Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments and business units to leverage data to drive new business insights. You will extract, transform data from multiple sources and combine them into the required dataset for analytics and visualization purposes. You will ensure the full life cycle of material, suppliers or customers in SAP, on a first time right and on time basis by executing and supporting the implementation of efficient processes and reporting to collect and distribute master data.

You will also provide technical expertise to the team and the Swiss market functions on data management and analytics topics.

A Day in the Life of a Data & Analytics Specialist
  • Support data management and analytics activities and projects
  • Ensure sustainability of existing analytics solutions
  • Know and apply data visualization principles consistently resulting in clear and accurate outcomes
  • Implement and operate continuous improvement systems to ensure that the businesses, functions, customers and consumers benefit of high-quality data and insights that meets highest internal and external standards
  • Use and implement Nestlé best practices to challenge status quo and continuously improve ways of working

What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or similar)
  • Successful 2-3 years of working experience in manipulating data (with exposure to Cloud solutions)
  • Tech savvy with curious, process improvement mindset; good listening skills & business understanding
  • Willingness to challenge well-established processes and routines
  • Experience in analytics activities in cross-functional and global organization
  • Experience with Office 365 Power Platform, Power Query and Dax is a must
  • Experience in working with SAP (SAP Analytical Cloud is a plus), ETL/analytics solutions (Knime, Alteryx, Power BI dataflows), data-as-a-service platforms (Azure & Snowflake is a plus)
  • Experience with Robotics Process Automation is a plus
  • Working proficiency in French and English
