About The Job
  • Collaborate with project teams for creation or modification of the data flows and for providing full transparency on the data lifecycle and data model
  • Foster a data architecture strategy promoting simplicity and quality
  • Establish a comprehensive data model strategy and embed data model processes, procedures, policies, and related standards
  • Establish a comprehensive data lifecycle management strategy and embed data lifecycle processes and procedures, policies, and related standards,
  • Define the data domains and ensure they reflect the needs of the company
  • Create supporting training programs related to data architecture to rollout data governance across the different Data Subdomain Working Groups
  • Support the Data Quality Manager in identifying risks and creating controls along the data lineage and the data lifecycle
  • Collaborates with IT Enterprise Architecture to design and implement solutions

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following
  • University degree/Education, preferably in Information Technology, Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting and passion for Data Governance and Data Architecture
  • Experience with designing data lineage, data lifecycle and data models
  • Good understanding of IT applications
  • Communication and change management skills
  • Distinctive continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical thinker
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in agile methodology, IT project management, enterprise architecture desired
  • Knowledge of reporting and data integration would be an asset
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
