We’re looking for a Data Engineer with focus Business Analysis to:
  • elicitate and understand business requirements (functional and non-functional)
  • elaborate robust solutions in close collaboration with developers and designers
  • document functional and non-functional requirements in well-understandable, clearly structured Software Requirement Specifications
  • focus on high availability of services and minimizing incidents and interruptions in production
  • identify the impact on interfacing solutions

  • support of the testing colleagues in test design and execution
  • be a contact partner for all involved stakeholders
  • contribute to efficient, pragmatic and continuously improving Agile working practices
  • share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, represent colleagues during absences

Your team

You’ll be working within UBS Business Solutions AG, our culturally diverse team is based in Zurich and Basel.
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple pods. Your pod will be in the ‘Find, tailor and contract best UBS offering’ crew.

The crew’s mission is to enable the Wealth Management and Personal Banking client to find and open relevant investment solutions and invest along the client’s preferences.

Your expertise

  • ideally 4+ years of experience in requirements engineering, preferably in the financial industry
  • University degree in computer science or business administration or related area
  • strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • communication and stakeholder engagement skills in multi-national setting
  • flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
  • fluent in English
