  • Manage financial reporting including forecasting and budgeting for the Business including support of the Grains & Foods Business CFO
  • Serving as the primary business partner for all Grains & Food, heads of functions.
  • Partner closely with the Business Areas, Regions and Group in the monthly closing and rolling forecast process.
  • Prepare and delivery of periodic financial reports for the Grains & Food management team.
  • Deep-dive and ad-hoc analysis, to identify trends, facilitate decisions and initiate actions for the Grains & Food management team, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating monthly business review meetings, quarterly operations alignment meetings with the regions and the group, quarterly management workshops among others.
  • Oversee the annual budget across the business, as well as the detailed planning for the cross-business functions, projects, investments, and cost centers.
  • Run point for Business Area, Region and group controllers on Grains and Food overarching financial topics.
  • Initiate, lead and manage transformational and cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple teams across the Grains & Food finance organization and/or across the group.
  • Active contribution to continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing the current processes, in collaboration with main stakeholders.
  • Act as a financial business partner to all stakeholders in various questions and support them
Required Qualifications
  • Higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in finance/accounting or business administration (or similar)
  • Practical experience in Business Controlling or similar experience in an industrial environment
  • Very good command of English (oral/written), other languages would be an advantage
  • IT affinity and knowledge of especially but not only, SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, SAP BO
  • Ability to dive into details without losing the big picture
  • Proactive and resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
  • Wants to develop him/herself to a next level finance function (also globally)
