On behalf of one of our client, we are looking for the following profile:

Buyer (E/T/F)

Tasks:
  • Managing all purchasing activities to guarantee an adequate stock level (raw materials, components as per drawings, semifinished, products, etc.) as per predetermined goals and activities and manage purchase requests for expenditures / investments.
  • Preparing purchasing orders as per requests from colleagues for expenditures, investments, auxiliaries’ products, ...
  • Contact suppliers for requesting quotes for orders of expenditures and offer negotiation
  • Release orders of other components where strategic buyers manage master data and info
  • Monitoring order confirmations and registration in the system.
  • Surveillance of delivery terms and update them in the system. If necessary, informing other departments, immediately communicating discrepancies
  • Contacting suppliers for other general reasons like asking for datasheets, certificates, other info, etc.
  • Manage suppliers master data and qualification of suppliers of own responsibilities
  • Checking correctness of invoices with suppliers, collaborating with accounting department
  • Support to other buyers, when necessary

Profile:
  • 2-3 year of experience with negotiations in the purchasing dept
  • Italian mother tongue, Fluent English, French and German as a plus
  • Good IT knowledges of Microsoft Office tools
  • SAP knowledge
  • Commercial background
  • Good communication competences
  • Having proactive attitude for problem solving
  • Can work with good rhythm and precision and independently
