Commercial Excellence Analyst 80-100% (9 months)

What you will do

You will be will be responsible for supporting the global customer engagement program for the Tecan group, including the roll-out and successful execution of the Tecan Group relational / quantitative customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys. Additonally, you will also be responsible for supporting the commercial excellence initiatives through analysis and reporting.


Responsibilities will include

  • Support survey / e-mailer design, customer target list creation and survey sent out on dedicated platform
  • Support in data mining and advanced analytics of survey results by business unit / product / region
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports using SAP BW, SAP and CRM systems
  • Create CSAT survey report-out materials / presentations

What you bring along

  • BA / MBA (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • Minimum 2 years transferable work experience as Analyst
  • Experience in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
  • SAP and specifically SAP C4C CRM experience
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in data mining / analytics
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English skills, German or another language would be an advantage
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders from different departments
