Communications Support Assistant 80-100% vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your Experience/skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a support role in communications, organizing and preparing content for management meetings
  • Expertise in gathering requirements, preparing relevant materials and implementing these using workflow/collaboration tools such as Powerpoint, Sharepoint or Confluence
  • Familiarity with performing research and analysing data to support managers in decision making
  • Certification in Program or Project Management is a plus
  • Academic degree or similar official recognized higher education, for example in Business Informatics
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German would be an advantage
Your Tasks
  • Supporting the managers in PTS as well as coordinating meetings with internal and external presenters
  • Assisting Project Governance team and Strategic Project Team heads in facilitating Project Review Board, Training and sharepoint or Confluence updates, workshops and meetings facilitation
  • Preparing communications and converting technical data and restructuring into a business friendly format
  • Planning and authoring user guidelines on the project governance tools while also contributing to the creation and rollout of the Project Governace and tools trainings
