Corporate M&A Controller 80-100%

What you will do
In this challenging and important role, you manage all M&A activities from the financial point of view. You will support the CFO and Team in financial and administrative matter. Furthermore you will lead improvement projects.


Responsibilities will include

  • Review and analysis of past and future financial data/models
  • Request for proposal, negotiations with providers regarding the Finance Scope
  • Preparation and definition of the scope for external finance due diligence
  • Execution and organization of due diligence
  • Execution in company valuations
  • Prepare/review/negotiate SPAs from Finance perspective
  • Lead internal integration project for Finance
  • Preparing financial models and analysis
  • Development and evaluation of transaction structures
  • Manage the closing process for acquired companies post-acquisition
  • Cooperate and support the preparation M&A Strategy, especially from the financial point of view

What you bring along

  • Economical Education
  • Further education such as Certified Accounting, MBA
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Several years of experience in the management of financial accounting
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • IT experience (SAP, BW etc.)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Readiness to travel
