Credit Risk Manager (Lombard, Stress Testing) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your Experience/skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management, preferably in Credit portfolio management or as a Lombard credit officer including practice with Credit Stress Testing, concentration Risk Management and development of risk appetite framework
  • Extensive knowledge of Lombard processes including Stress Testing, methodology, monitoring and reporting
  • Background in transformation projects as SME and with defining and shaping business requirements and testing
  • Ability to understand complexities within the credit portfolio and the impact of data sourcing and exposure calculations
  • Proficiency of MS Office, particularly Excel and handling large data sets
  • University degree in finance or in a related quantitative major with experience in wealth management products is desirable
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
Your Tasks
  • Providing SME support on credit portfolio management for the Lombard-front-to-back-project as well as developing and assessing views of the divisional credit risk portfolio composition and its risk drivers through analysing and investigating key risk concentrations
  • Helping with the implementation of an automated and streamlined Lombard offering, monitoring and reporting on a state-of-the-art risk platform
  • Monitoring issues in credit risk and changes in the market including stress and scenario analyses as well as gathering and reviewing requirements and use cases for monitoring and reporting
  • Supporting the country risk framework including cover report sign offs, challenging and enhancing the status quo and addressing credit portfolio management requirements in divisional and global projects
  • Assisting with regulatory, internal and external auditor queries and delivering regulatory and audit remediation while performing testing activities including data quality checks as well as supporting data quality and reconciliation
  • Participating in weekly SME meetings on ad-hoc basis and align the views of different stakeholders
