The technologies we use are as broad as the entire Microsoft platform: Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure Cloud, DevOps, Power BI, .NET and much more are part of our daily business.

What is your role in the team?

• Design and implementation of tailor-made customer solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM
• Actively support our customers in all stages of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of specifications, solution design, prototyping, testing and international rollout.
• Advise our customers on the design and optimization of their business processes in the areas of marketing, sales and service.
• Conduct workshops and presentations at our customers’ site.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary project team
  
  

Your key qualifications:

• Extensive experience with CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics CRM)
• Consulting experience and good knowledge in the analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales and service.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of methods, process models and tools for software development.
• Structured and methodical approach to the development of technical solutions is a matter of course for you.
• Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you)
• Fluent language skills in English and German or English and French.
