Interns, here is the opportunity you’re looking for !We are looking for a Customer Service intern for one of our clients in Lausanne.
  • Offer customised solutions to our clients
  • Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues
  • Ensure 100% service satisfaction
  • Work with the management team to solve complex cases
  • Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development
  • Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!

Your skills:
  • A sociable, friendly and positive attitude.
  • Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Additional information:
  • 6-month internship contract at first and then if the candidates is interested, the job would be a full-time position.
  • Starting ASAP !

Requirements

What you will need:
  • Be ambitious & committed
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Be focused on self-improvement
  • Be very comfortable with phone and email communication
  • Strong exposure to client relationship
  • Excellent German (spoken and written), good command of English mandatory.
