For our client we are looking for a motivated person as of now or by appointment as:

Executive Assistant to the Director (m/f) 100%

Your challenges

  • acting as assistant to the director
  • Secretary of the Board of Trustees
  • Organization and management of the Director’s office
  • Support of the management team
  • Organization of important social events of the CIS
  • Supporting new CIS faculty, staff, and administrators
  • Providing written and oral translations
  • Organizing and forwarding CIS information requests from the community
  • Organizing paperwork and tracking purchase orders
  • Completing other duties as directed by the Director.


Your skills

  • Secondary school degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Mastery of written and spoken German and English and good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and creative problem solving skills
  • Works as a member of a team
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
