Our client is a global leader in the mechanical engineering industry. operating in more than 25 countries around the world.

Based on compliance and responsibility, they kept growing up for the last few years. It’s an expanding company with over 30,000 FTE´s world-wide. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager that will be providing a full range of Human Resources guidance and advisory support and services to their strategic plant based in Kreuzlingen. You will be reporting to the Plant Manager and the Regional HR Director. The main duties will be related to HR projects, system / policy implementation, compliance, performance cycle, labor relations and transformation management. You would be responsible for effectively managing a team of 7 operational HR Specialists in charge of all the other HR matters (TA, payroll, people development, talent management, HR guidance, ...).

The position is located in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland (on-site presence is required)

Requirements:

- 12+ years of progressive generalist HR experience.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (plant / factory).

- Relevant project management experience.

- Solid coaching and advisory experience.

- Good knowledge of Swiss employment law / employee relations / remuneration practice

- Fluent English and German.
