  • Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the actual operational performance of the logistics and Supply Chain organizations.
  • Create process transparency in process costs and its primary drivers.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the strategic and operational controlling processes , develop cost functions and deviation analysis, tools, KPIs and reporting routines for the global.
  • Extend & develop the sustainability controlling related to logistics and supply chain activities
  • Business partner to the heads of logistic and supply chain and their global organizations in all related financial aspects.
  • Contact person and support for the business and regional controllers.
  • Identify and drive efficiencies in the Logistic and Supply Chain organization & processes as part of the performance management.
  • Define, implement & harmonize the accounting, controlling and reporting standards and processes for the Logistics and Supply Chain area.
  • Maintain database for global procurement reporting on a monthly base
  • Support the users of the existing software tools (SoftconCIS, SAP BW, Jaggaer)
  • Lead, participate or support operational and strategic projects.
  • Being able to build models and structures for simulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or similar education, ideally with focus on controlling
  • Good knowledge of controlling processes
  • Experience in operational and strategic controlling
  • Experience in Logistic or Supply Chain processes
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural / multi-matrix teams throughout the world
  • Excellent software skills (SAP, MS Excel, Databases etc.)
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (other languages esp. German as advantage)
