For our fast-growing team, we are now looking for a Head of HR

Tasks

As head of HR, you are responsible for recruiting, training and developing the best talent throughout their careers.
  • Assuming responsibility for human resources and the recruitment of new employees in both German and French-speaking Switzerland
  • Creating job profiles and conducting application processes
  • Participate in staff appraisals and salary negotiations
  • Ensuring quarterly KPI and steering the evaluation process
  • Supporting the onboarding/offboarding of employees
  • Promote our corporate values and ensure that they are lived by our teams.
  • Reviewing our policies and practices to maintain compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements
  • Proven experience as Head of HR or similar role in a fast-paced environment, leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • A university degree or diploma with a focus on human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Good knowledge of office and productivity tools
  • Experience in the automation and digitalization of HR processes
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Accustomed to taking responsibility and acting in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be a team player
  • Native level German and very good English and French skills.
