What you will do

In this challenging and varied role you support and further develop the data quality in all our HR systems like SAP HR and SuccessFactors to the highest standard possible. You regularly interact with your HR and IT colleagues worldwide and provide quality services to our internal customers.


Responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring high data quality in all HR systems
  • Supporting SAP ERP HCM Org Management including reorganizations and acquisitions
  • Building & running queries and automatizing information flow including data visualization according to the organization’s needs. Evaluate and report data.
  • Supporting the global HR processes with the designated HR systems
  • Maintaining system documentation and user manuals (supporting setting standards, process descriptions etc.).
  • Participating in HR projects and supporting implementations of system changes

What you bring along

  • Several years of experience in a related HR/IT function in an international environment
  • Sound understanding of HR processes
  • Excellent SAP ERP HCM & SuccessFactors knowledge including SAP certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • You are a proactive, self-motivated and independent self-starter
  • Data affinity, accurate, analytical and highly organized
