Nordcloud is seeking to streamline its Identity and Access Management landscape throughout the growing business. We are currently looking for an IAM Process Owner to take ownership and support both internal IT and managed services units and system owners in creating and fine-tuning processes and tooling.

The position will be located anywhere reasonably within the European timezone, where Nordcloud has a local presence for administrative purposes.

Your daily work:

• Develop, implement and monitor Nordcloud’s internal Identity and Access Management policies and procedures and ensure processes are utilized effectively in the tooling, support, or lead specific projects related to maturity increases or creation of new capabilities
• Define and maintain IAM architecture and processes together with security and other stakeholders
• Create Guidelines & train organizations on IAM practices
• Coordinate IAM Assessments and access reviews; ensure advance detailed planning, confirmation of the scope, scheduling and making internal/external bookings, and ensuring remediation actions are performed
• Work closely with the IT team and managed services teams to ensure that agreed procedures and best practices are instrumented into our tooling, provide counsel on related topics
  
  

To be successful in the post, you should:

• Have 5-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management; willingness and ability to take a leading role within the organization and start defining IAM next steps
• Reasonable technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of especially cloud landscape Identity and Access Management applications, be willing to deep dive in zero-trust, least privileges, and/or segregation of duties concepts
• Excellent communication and influencing skills: ability to construct a clear message one expectations and deadlines
• Experience in working fully in an international organization extending to multiple (mostly)European countries
• High integrity individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to develop along with the evolving needs of a fast-growing business. Readiness to act where no immediate action owner is identified
