On behalf of our client we are looking for the following profile

Impiegata/o con ottimo inglese

Mansioni

  • Elaboration and updating of passengers data
  • Creation of passengers list for Hotel’s reservation and suppliers
  • Organization and co-ordination of services on land
  • Assistance to Cruise Directors
  • Deal with pre, on and post cruise enquires from the selling offices and customer care offices overseas
  • Assistance to the hotel management on the ships
  • Emergency handling


Profilo

  • Very good knowledge of English written and oral - MUST!
  • Good knowledge of French and German is an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic graphic design knowledge is an advantage
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in team
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • High level of precision
